The huge cellar next to Nuova Sala Paradiso restaurant, is a very particular location to meet people. It is like strolling in an old village with little alleys, small squares and particular places. The whole cellar was designed by the architect Nicola Tramonte and is decorated with frescos by the Apulian painter Leon Marino.
The Room of the Angels, the larders, the movie theatre and every corner where you can taste local products is also embellished with sculptures and paintings.
The cellars of Nuova Sala Paradiso are both eccentric and cozy and they were awarded the “Cattedrali del Vino” (wine cathedrals) prize at the famous Biennale di Venezia of Architecture in 2010. Here you will find art, taste, sensations and local delicacies.
