Peppe Zullo is one of the best Italian chefs. He lives and works in Orsara, in Apulia. The founder of Eataly, Oscar Farinetti has chosen him to represent the great Italian cuisine at Expo Milano 2015. After a long experience in Mexico and the United States, in the 80s he returned to Orsara di Puglia where he has created with his collaborators an eco-sustainable farm and two restaurants/ballrooms, Nuova Sala Paradiso and Villa Jamele, (as already sketched in the Restaurant section) where guests can savor the delights of his great cuisine.
The founder of Slow Food, Carlo Petrini, has defined Peppe Zullo: “A chef-farmer who has been able to give back to his land the pride that it deserves. “
